For important meetings make sure to always double-check the Zoom meeting settings via to make sure it is recurring. If you schedule a non-recurring meeting and duplicate or drag and drop it in your Outlook calendar then Zoom will not update the meeting to be recurring. Tried clicking the zoom link instead of typing it in. I have the correct ID because they haven’t changed it and I have been able to use that meeting ID with success up until a week ago. Confirmed with administrator that they haven’t changed the meeting ID. Confirmed that it’s right, but still getting that error. Checking the meeting ID and trying again.
If you work at Zoom or know of a workaround, please let me know. Anyone else encounter this error? It’s been keeping me out of work meetings for a week now, and we can’t get anyone at Zoom to look into this because of covid / free / paid conditions.
